It’s hard to drive through a suburb and not see one of these brands but that doesn’t make you immune to becoming a ‘bricks and mortar victim’.
SRG’s mission is to be a world class omni channel retailer.
After migrating technology to a new platform, SRG needed to expedite its backlog of initiatives and build a world class team.
We were commissioned to help with both.

User Experience Process
Designed and implemented the new design process to enable three brands and numerous stakeholders to be part of the process.
Design System
We created a new design framework. Prior to our involvement, SRG did not have a consistent design framework to work from.
On-site training
Teach through doing. By leading the design process, internal staff were trained on how to run the design process internally.
Implementation Support
We partnered through the development process to help the designs come to life and achieve the goals they needed.
Expediting their backlog required a robust design framework capable of running multiple streams of work simultaneously.
Taking the best of modern design principles (design thinking, design sprints and user experience frameworks), we implemented a process that brought 3 brands on a journey to help enable them be world class.
Adding the user to the mix through research and testing, we expedited their backlog from 8 months to 3 months.
One of the biggest challenges for SRG was having three big brands under one roof. Each brand has its own uniquities as well as commonalities.
Our collaborative participatory design process brought all the brands together working as one unit to devise site-wide functionality bringing them into the modern age of design development.
